Special Positions

Faculty
A Real Estate educator/insructor or business leader/trainer.
An Invited position, within PREC, a profile is created, articles (past and current) or newsletters are submitted relating to a relevant, indexed topic in the PREJ. Ideally, a Faculty member would inform (through the use of the toolkit)cur

rent and future students that he/she can be found on the Faculty of the PREJ. Students would be Invited to review the Faculty member's articles/content and would be asked to consider joining the PREC community. Faculty members may participate in forums and Invite other prospective Faculty members to PREJ.

Advisory Board
A PREC member willing to offer insight and/or criticism to benefit PREC.
An Invited position within PREC, a profile is created and commentary is made and submitted to PREC. Ideally, AB members would inform current and future customers that the AB member can be found on PREC. AB members are also requested to Invite agents and brokers to review PREC site and offer opinions as well. AB members may participate in forums and Invite other prospective AB members to PREC.

Affiliate
A commercial entity that serves the needs of the RE industry.
An Invited position within PREC, a profile is created and a description of the services of the Affilliate is given. Ideally, affiliates would inform current and future customers that they can be found on PREC. Customers would be Invited to consider joining the PREC community. Affiliate members may participate in forums and Invite other prospective Affiliates to PREC. Affiliates connect with each other to exchange business referrals and make introductions.

Ambassador
An independent contractor engaged in the promotion and description of PREC.
An Ambassador earns compensation by attracting Advertisers (see rates) and Partners (see rates) into PREC. An application and w-9 IRS form is enclosed and compensation plan (see rates) is included. An inactive Ambassador, defined as 30 day period of inactivity, may be administratively removed from the PREC site and suspended from eligibilty for future compensation. Once removed and suspended as stated herein, a new Ambassador may be granted that PREC or part thereof.
